In this podcast, three young people talk to journalist Vinny Tailor about identity and how they experience it. They talk about who they are, how they think others see them and what labels they have. In three episodes, they talk about how they experience identity at school, at home and in the media. Lukas Schmidt produced this podcast for the major Dutch theatre company Theater Oostpool as an educational medium for secondary schools to let young people reflect on their identity. The conversations of the young people in the podcast and the sharing of their thoughts and experiences about identity, provoke reflection on thinking about your own identity. Because who determines it, you or the other? How much influence do you have on your own identity? Is identity fluid, does it change?
