Queercast Podcast

Podcast, Theater oostpool Arnhem NL, 2022

The Queercast is a podcast about the emancipation of queerness with gender scientist Jonas Roelens and education and inclusivity expert Elmar Noteboom. Lukas Schmidt produced this podcast for the major Dutch theatre company Theater Oostpool to provide historical and current context to the audience for historical theatre plays about queerness that they produced. The podcast discusses how queerness does not have a constant reality, but has been subject to constant change. The fluid history of Queerness and the current discourse are alternated with personal experiences of the scientists.
